Great selection of underwear, gear, funny t shirts, and even some “normal” street wear clothes to choose from as well! Super friendly staff! Hailee was sweet and took her time to make sure we could find the best matches for the items I wanted to purchase! Also! If you’re there, you have to check out the handkerchief safety pouches! Has a zipper on your neckerchief to hold your wallet!!!!! Genius!!!

Took the South Shore from Michigan City, then brown line to belmont, then walked to the store. I needed a hair cut, we have barbers where I'm from, but its so much better to feel welcome somewhere. First time I've gotten a hair cut in 10 years and left feeling good about myself. Thank you Benji!

Barbershop in the back is great!

Although he doesn't need it (he has plenty) of love, I have to call out John. Shortly after the shop opened (during Covid) I wandered in and John gave me his card. I have more hair in my ears and coming out of my nose than I do on my head but I have been getting straight blade head shaves for years. Anyone can shave their head and groom their beard but the difference in getting a pro service is the experience (both the service and the shop). I have had a standing appointment with John since I started. I usually tire of my barber or the experience after a couple of years but John is always fresh and is always looking for ways to improve his service.

I went to Men’s room with my friend for the first time to get them a birthday present. We were both new and didn’t really know how to put any of the harnesses on. We were helped by Cody who was so patient and explained everything extremely well to us. My friend was able to choose the one that they liked the most. We probably tried on like 10 different ones. Cody never pressured us or complained. He was knowledgeable and professional throughout our interactions. Other employees there were so nice as well. Will definitely be telling our other friends about this place! The quality of the leather is exceptional and the prices are very reasonable. We are very grateful to our first time experience here!

Great selection that updates often. They are a little pricey, but location, location, location. Check their clearance section. They have a barbershop in the back, and have a great selection of video head cleaner.

Excellent place for gay representation and outfits, also amazingly talented barbers (got a fresh cut and icey blue color while there) , Cute cloths and hot fetish gear! Some of the apparel feels overpriced but some, sooooo worth it

I walked in, hoping to get a proper beard trim, with scissors. Benji AKA Benny just happened to be available. He patiently listened to me talk for 15-20 mins on how I wanted my beard cut. I've looked and looked for someone who would give me a beard cut with shears (not clippers)..and Benny hooked it up!! THE best beard trim I've gotten since I started growing a beard (about 2 years). Thanks Benny for a pro job. I'll definitely be back - I've found my beard guru!

I go here every couple weeks to get my head shaved and beard trimmed by Jon Snow. He's friendly and chatty. And the store has some great apparel to buy as well.

I've been getting my hair cut by both Christian and John Snow, based on their availability, since moving to the neighborhood. Whether experimenting with something new or defaulting to my standard look, I've always been pleased with my cut and the conversations are an added bonus. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a barber!

Absolutely love the Mens Room barbershop! Christian and John are both so kind and easy going people it makes getting your haircut enjoyable. They both are incredible barbers who always make my hair look great! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great haircut in Chicago.

Great little store with all of your queer needs. You can find gear, lube, sex toys, and clothing by Chicago locals. A lot fi the shirts are punny and cheeky for queer life. It looks like they also opened a barber shop as well if your looking for a new place to try out a cut.
