As a licensed barber from Oklahoma, John moved to Chicago in 2021 and fell in love with the city’s vibrant energy. John stays smug with admiration over his smooth fades and straight razor skills, and he also offers non-surgical hair replacement services, the modern toupee. Before becoming a Boystown barber he worked as a private zookeeper, scuba diver, bartender, and in his family’s restaurant (he dares you to ask about some of the wild stories). John is proud of where he came from and as a countryman he lives for the outdoors, traveling, and being lakeside. John’s relaxed and curious personality helps him connect with clients, making every visit a warm experience.
